A Week Ago Today

I was scared shitless this time last week.

I'm SO glad that the lap is behind me and I'm almost feeling like myself again.  My belly is starting to look normal, I'm only in a minor amount of pain (I notice the right side where the doctor was able to burn away the Endo is virtually pain free) and my biggest complaint right now is a cold I think one of the nurses might have passed on to me when I went in last week.  (Her exact words in the hall were, "I'm SO sick!" Sigh...)

I feel nervous to feel optimistic.  But for today I do.  I hope I hope I hope...
